In 2004, ASC will move to a bigger and better facility designed to reflect physically what ASC delivers programmatically, creatively, and emotionally to the people we serve by: simplifying clients' ability to access ASC's services in a single convenient location; enhancing ASC's services by expanding the ASC Food Pantry, Clothing Bank, peer trainings, counseling sessions, computer classes, and other programs; and embodying architecturally what ASC represents for clients: a welcoming "home away from home" and a catalyst for helping people to pursue healthier living in the face of HIV/AIDS.

We have signed the lease on a terrific new space just a few blocks from our main office in Union Square, and are now renovating the facilities to make them as user-friendly for our clients as possible. This move is the result of ASC's extraordinary growth, and reflects the next step in our development as a leading HIV/AIDS service organization.

ASC is launching a three-year Capital Campaign to raise the funds needed to support this important venture. With your help, we can do it. You'll be hearing more about the ASC Capital Campaign in the months to come, but to learn more about the campaign and how you can help, contact ASC's Assistant Director of Marketing, Ernesta Pierre, at 212-352-9622 (extension 151) or via email at
